The owner was super kind and helpful. We had traveled to Bialka Tatrzanska by bus, and because the hotel was about 15 mins walk away from the ski resort, she even offered to drive us on multiple days to the ski resort, free-of-charge, which was so very very kind of her. There is a shared fridge right outside the room for your stuff, shared kitchen & dining room downstairs, and a balcony outside the room. She was also attentive to all our other needs, which made our stay all the more pleasant.

I had a great time staying at this apartment hotel during my winter vacation in Białka Tatrzańska. The hotel was nice and had an elevator, which was convenient for carrying my luggage and ski equipment. The location was close to the ski lift, so I could easily access the slopes and enjoy the snow. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. I also liked the jacuzzi and sauna, which were a nice addition to relax after a long day of skiing.

The location is amazing for the ones who are using the slopes in Białka Tatrzańska, it's very closed to that. Very next to the hotel you have a grocery store (Lewiatan) in case you need to buy something. The cleanness of the room and facilities is another positive thing to mention. The size of the room is very good, the bed is confortable and the bedsheets and towels were in very good conditions.

The hotel is well equipped for the families with children, the staff is friendly, the hotel overall is clean, food is nice.

That was a great stay. The place is much closer to slopes than other hotels (not negligible with all the gear on the shoulder). The room is quite spacious for mountain resort standards. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

nice hotel, close to the kaniowka ski lifts (5 minute walk) and a 10 minute walk to the skibus that will take u to kotelnica ski resort. the hotel has basic rooms, breakfast is good, there's a ping pong table, billiard table, a gym, foosball table and a bar which is a big plus but everything closes at 10pm. The kaniowka ski lift is small, has 2 or 3 lifts, and one of them is very kids friendly.

The breakfast was good. The Jacuzzi was good for spa. There was a lot of parking space. The sauna facilities were good. The height of the pillow was adequate.

It is in a great location and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is well equipped, the breakfast is very good and plentiful! Allowing the electric car to be charged is a huge plus point 🙂

We liked everything, the environment, the location, the accommodation. The room was comfortable with the clean bathroom, balcony with a great view. Also a wonderful playroom for children at the same upstairs. The included breakfast was varied with local produce, very fresh and tasty ( a big plus ).

The room was big, clean and very nice. The villa offers a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave etc and an iron. The parking is a big plus. The host was very nice. The breakfast buffet offers multiple choices. The yard so near to the forest is wonderful. We had the chance to see deers in the yard at sunset.

All, what wee expected, when booked it : big room, air conditioner, big restroom, nice and comfortable sauna, good breakfast, service staff.

It's new, looks nice, comfortable and in the area where you can enjoy the local village or go up in the mountains. I really want to compliment the breakfast, as it was really rich with lots of choices. Our 2 year old enjoyed the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. If possible, choose a room with balcony. We had a room without and we missed it a bit. The views are nice and it's easy to get to interesting places in the area.
