El Turtagrø Hotel tiene tradiciones de la década de 1880. Este hotel está situado a 884 metros sobre el nivel del mar, a los pies de Vest-Jotunheimen. This is a fantastic location with some of the more interesting hiking and climbing routes in Norway, near the Jotunheimen Nasjonalpark. We choose the accomodation in the "Swiss chalet" and this allow us to save a lot of money :-) without losing the magnificence of the place and additional services provided by the hotel like for example the very good dinner (one of the best we have in Norway). The Chalet is really beautiful and extremely functional. Clean and full of services, like the shower and the drying room.

We felt very well taken care of from the beginning until the very end. Every single aspect of our stay made it an exceptional one: the location was perfect, the rooms were cozy and clean, the food was always delicious and plentiful, and most of all: the warm yet professional service of the Bessheim was exceptional. At Bessheim, you can really feel and see everyone go the extra mile to make sure, you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend staying at the Bessheim and would love to return and stay even longer the next time.

Este hotel del centro de Skjolden tiene vistas al fiordo de Sogn y ofrece un restaurante, aparcamiento gratuito y habitaciones con WiFi gratuita. The Skjolden Hotel was the high point of my trip. I was passing through the area and stayed for three nights. I was immediately captivated by the view of the fjord, then stayed for the excellent food from the kitchen and the lovely staff. if I had the time I would have stayed for a week.

Este establecimiento de montaña de gestión familiar está situado en el valle de Bøverdal, a 25 km del parque nacional de Jotunheimen. Es un hotel que parece un museo. Conservan muchos utensilios, muebles de generaciones anteriores que son increíblemente bonito de ver. Los exteriores también son una delicia. La habitación muy limpia, la un poco antigua pero bien. El desayuno bastante decente. Muy recomendable.

Este hotel rural ocupa un edificio de madera de finales del siglo XIX situado en Hindseter, a 60 km de Otta. El restaurante del hotel sirve cocina nórdica elaborada con productos locales. The hotel is stunningly situated. The suites at the hotel are beautiful with lots of local and historical details. The lounge area with large windows facing the valley is great for chilling out with a local beer in the evening. We only had a short stay but we’re spoilt for choice on the number of hikes from the hotel- they were all well sign posted and we got good advice from reception. Breakfast was in the lovely historic dining room and used local produce. The whole place is very friendly and full of character. Can’t wait to go back!
