Thumbi View Lodge offers pet-friendly accommodation in Cape Maclear. Cape Maclear Scuba Diving Centre is on site. Free private parking is available on site. The main building was directly at the beachfront. Our room and a couple of other rooms were very close by in a small courtyard accessible only to the tenants. There are several breakfast options (Simple, French toast, English, Vegetarian). Breakfast (any option) and instant coffee was included in the price. They also offer laundry services at a maximum charge of 3000kwacha (less with smaller laundry bags) There is a Scuba diving school directly on site offering diving courses (open water, advanced etc) and leisure dives at several diving sites. Eventhough the logde was quite busy it never felt overcrowded and remained a relaxing environment. The staff was always accessible, very helpful and friendly

Monkey Bay Mufasa Eco Lodge offers pet-friendly accommodation in Monkey Bay. Free private parking is available on site. Bed linen is provided. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. A peaceful haven with a great little beach and super helpful staff. There is a cute little bar and they have a nice offering from the restaurant. A perfect place to relax and recharge (Also located very close to the ferry terminal)

בנוסף לנוף לאגם, מקום האירוח Norman Carr Cottage, הנמצא בMonkey Bay, כולל מסעדה, טרקלין משותף, בר, גינה, בריכה חיצונית שפתוחה כל השנה וטרסה. we loved this place. the rooms are spacious and well designed with a sitting area and fabulous king sized double bed. the linen is good quality and pillows really comfortable. just what we needed after a week of camping. the outside shower is really super with plenty of hot water. on the beach there are plenty of wooden loungers and the staff are so attentive they will come to you with cushions and a great place to enjoy the beach. the staff are all really friendly and attentive and so keen to make your stay a memorable one. the cottage organise a really worthwhile boat trip in the mornings to watch the fish eagles (perfect if you’re a photographer) and to snorkel to enjoy the cichlids. And then there’s our wonderful hosts. we instantly felt we were staying with old friends. Taffy and Leoni - Taffy is unique, funny, full of stories and keen to engage in some great conversation especially with a few sundowners. Leoni warm and caring and working hard behind the scenes to ensure guests are well taken care of. Oh and thanks for the encounter with ‘Pickering’ thrown in - an added and unexpected pleasure.
