The hotel was very close to the train station and restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The functional space were nice, clean and beautiful. It was very good value for money.

Directly connected to JR Yamagata Shinkansen (bullet train) Station, Hotel Metropolitan Yamagata offers comfortable guest rooms with warm colours and modern facilities. Excellent Location, the building was connected with Yamagata JR station. Once we got off the Shinkansen and walked out of the station gate, it just lead straight to the hotel entrance with 1 minute short walk. So convenient! The room we received was the South tower which was relatively new. It's very neat and tidy. Within a small stroll, you can reach many restaurants and bars around the station. Highly recommend!
