We stayed for 1 night at Hote Metropolitan Kawasaki when we arrived in Tokyo. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is spacious by Japanese standards. Even the toilet and bath has so much room for our stuff and do not feel cramped at all. Breakfast was included in our rate. The breakfast spread was more than enough and we loved everything - eggs, bacons, sausage, cereals, soup, salad... it has everything and more. I truly believe we got our money's worth. Even the staff - couldn't say anything negative, they were accommodating and helpful.

I am traveling often and I am very critical about hotels. This one is a gem. Everything is excellent. I have never seen a so high standard in service and quality. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Room is gorgeous with a view. Gym/onsen/pool is enjoyable. All breakfast options are amazing. Location close to Yokohama station and nice areas of Yokohama is convenient.

At least 50% of that success belongs to the place we stayed. Everything was beautiful and well organised. I will forever remember the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from our window in the morning which was probably the most memorable moment of my whole trip.
