We spent our holidays skiing, and the base station to reach the Pila ski area is reachable by car in a few minutes, and our car was parked at the back of the apartment building, so the transport was incredibly easy. In addition, the apartment is walking distance from the pedestrian area in the center of Aosta, making the location also great in the evening to shop or find nice restaurants for dinner. The apartment is spacious and equipped with good amenities (laundry machine, kitchen,...) so we could be at ease during our holidays.

Everything was great. We stayed as a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. A very cosy, perfectly clean apartment with all you need. Very comfortable beds with amazing bedding. Fresh kitchenware. Washing machine. Some board games for kids. Parking. Location is good, maybe 7 mins comfortable walk to the central city street, very close to a big supermarket and Pila gondola to the mountain.Acosta is an amazing place to explore so many history and nature wonders. The host was super welcoming, thanks a lot! We wish we stayed longer.

The apartment was really comfortable, clean and very well positioned in the centre of town, with shops and restaurants outside, but no road noise and the area was surprisingly quiet at night. We were especially pleased by how comfortable the beds were! The nearest supermarket was only a few minutes walk away and the most local car park was a minute away on foot. The gondola to Pila was a few minutes away by car. Francesca was friendly, helpful and very responsive. We will try to stay here again if we return to Aosta.

Extremely clean, new looking, comfortable, felt secure, quiet, warm, plenty of light and ventilation from windows. Had all the amenities including coffee machine (no kettle or toaster) microwave, washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer plenty of crockery and cooking items. Towels etc. Good amount of space in the apartment. Parking if required. WiFi. Thankfully I had assistance from an Italian speaker to help if I needed assistance on things. Nice easy walk to the Pila lift and into the old town.

5 minutes by walk from the center and a big supermarket, 10 min from the ski lift to Pila. Great views on the mountains, spacious rooms, well furnished (full kitchen, cleaning appliances available) ! The bed is soft and comfortable. Extensive storage space for clothes. Self check-in (no face-to-face with the host) with a pin-locked key box, and private outdoor elevator with key and pin. Welcome kit with new cleaning supplies for the kitchen.

We were a family of 8 and booked 2 apartments. We had a warm welcome from the owner who was very helpful. The apartments are very spacious and have all of the necessities needed for a weeks stay. In an excellent location easy access to Pila for skiing only a 5 min drive to the gondola and close to Aosta city centre. Beautiful views and garden. Will visit again! The beds are super comfy! Thank you!

The apartment was perfect. Spacious bedrooms and kitchen. The location was outstanding. Just a 5-minute walk to the historic center of Aosta an the restaurants and shops, and a 4-minute drive to the Pila ski gondola. Alberto was a great host. It was easy to collect and deposit the keys and check out was very fast. We highly recommend this property for a family or group of 4 people.

Nice modern hotel. Stopped on route to getting the gondola up to Pila the following day. Was good solution to arriving after it closed. If came again would consider staying here in Aosta rather than in Pila itself, although in this instance would recommend leaving boots and skis in the locker lifts rather than carrying back to hotel.

The apartment is super cozy and has great views. Clean, spaceous and quiet. We were 4 persons and it was perfectly fine because the sofa bed was folded up within seconds. We were there for skiing and drove up to the Pila station every day wich was a easy 10min drive. You could also drive down to Aosta and catch the telecabin there.

Very good location for a ski trip, apartment has a good layout and is in a good condition, very good wifi. Silent. Aosta center was a positive surprise, cosy atmosphere and lot of restaurants and cafes. Pila ski center very near and has good slopes even if it is not so big. Courmayer and Cervinia less than hour from Aosta.

Luisa was super friendly. She shared useful information with me before our arrival. And guided us to the parking space. The apartment is clean and cosy. Facilities are functional. There were dishwasher and cloth dryer which were bonus. It's 5 mins walking distance from Pila's Gondola base. Very good location.

The hotel is located in a very convenient position, arriving from the motorway, also compared to the car park of the cable car to Pila. This is an older style hotel but very well kept and very clean. Abundant breakfast with the right dishes, homemade desserts, with the possibility of ordering ham, cheese etc.

The apartment is really big good for group reservations. they provide towel ammenities, kitchen utensil, there are also washing machine and dishwasher. We love the house. Smart tv is also available so we watched netflix. The apartment is near Aosta station and aosta gondola to Pila very convenient.

Spacious, well sound-proofed apartment. Just a few minutes away from the main shopping/dining street and 15 mins walk to chairlift to Pila. All amenities, good knives, enough plates/cups etc, even small packets of olive oil in the kitchen. Wish we stayed longer!

Location is really beautiful. Nice morning view above the city. Apartment is really big with useful wardrobe especially for us: 6 person with ski dress. Ski resort Pila in the city is not the biggest in the area but nice with wide variety of tracks.

The property is just outside the near city if Aosta in a suburb called Pollein. The hotel is well located to tKe the gondola to Pila for skiing. The facilities and rooms were good, and the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

The apartment was wonderful, clean and perfectly located with easy access to the ski slopes only a couple of minutes drive. The hosts are really welcoming and kind and I cannot recommend this accommodation more if you are visiting Pila.

Central location in town with restaurants nearby and great skiing a gondola ride away in Pila...so best of both worlds. Spacious, well equipped modern apartment with a very helpful host.

The apartment was modern, well provisioned and close to the centre of Aosta, within its Roman ruins and restaurants. It was a short walk to the gondola to take you to Pila
