It's a location further away from the town centers, but this gave it a special feeling and buses in Ischia work pretty well + the owner happily took me to the bus stop and picked me up when I needed it (you can write to them for this when you book and they'll help you even when you first arrive).

We really love this place. It exceeded our expectations. Room was big, fresh enough, all was in excellent conditions, we don't have any complaints about the room. We are always critical about mattress and pillows, but this time there wasn't any problems to get good rest at night. Location is really fabulous - it was best place on Citara beach for us: not crowded and easy access, available all the day (till 21:00). We purchase additionally air conditioner and the fridge, but price was still very reasonable! We have used pool, thermal pool with hydromassage and jacuzzi. We found it really great place to stay on Ischia.

This was our first trip to Ischia and this hotel was excellent. Exceeded our expections. The view of the sea and castello from our balcony was breathtaking. Teren hotelu to piękny ogród. Pokój i łazienka codziennie są sprzątane. Umeblowanie skromne, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Klimatyzacja bardzo pomocna przy upałach. Śniadania dobre, duży wybór słodkich wypieków, pyszna kawa. Dziękujemy kelnerowi Andriejowi za obsługę i miłe rozmowy przy śniadaniu. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny turystom. Słabo mówiliśmy w obcym języku, ale Panie w recepcji robiły wszystko żeby się porozumieć. W recepcji można zamówić dzień wcześniej transport i o wyznaczonej godzinie kierowca może zawieźć Cię na plażę, do miasteczka lub ogrodu La Mortella i potem przywieźć. Pobyt w tym hotelu to był nasz prezent na 35 rocznicę ślubu, na pewno będziemy go mile wspominać.

The staff is exceptional, so kind and helpful! We have never experienced a nicer staff anywhere in the world. The thermal pools are so relaxing.The view is great. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. There are so many breakfast choices on the morning buffet and the meals are delicious at breakfast and dinner. Free shuttle to and from various points.

Great location - walking distance of the port, bus station, restaurants, supermarket and shops - the area was quiet and I felt safe. Breakfast was very good with different cakes each day. Lunches and dinners can also be booked at the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and can arrange tours. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the extensive spa facilities that are available.

Amazing hotel facilities in a spectacular setting. Beachfront for great swimming access. Two outdoor pools plus a nice indoor thermals & spa. A very nice breakfast selection & dinner choices were varied. I would go out of my way to come back to this special hotel.

The staff tried to be helpful but it was quit hard to communicate because my Italian is very bad. Google translate works though. It was very nice that they chanced our room after we complained about the smell and dirtiness.
