Mývatn Gölü'ne 2 km mesafede sessiz bir konuma sahip olan bu otel, Godafoss Şelalesi'ne ve Krafla Krateri'ne arabayla 30 dakikalık mesafededir. A spacious room with great view of Mývatn. The staff was super helpful and sweet. Great breakfast with fresh made pancake and various options. Perfect location to go nature geothermal spa and all the nature view spots around Mývatn. Fair price great value. Highly recommended. Definitely revisit it again.

Fljot'ta yer alan Soti Lodge'da ortak salon, teras, restoran ve bar bulunmaktadır. Bu tesiste konsiyerj hizmeti ve çocuk oyun alanı mevcuttur. Dinner was absolutely phenomenal! Everyone was so kind and caring and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. Would return to Iceland just to stay here again!

If your main goal to see the northern lights, this is the best place you can imagine. The sky is dark, no sources of light pollution around, mountains aside are not tall, so you see the sky from left to right without obstacles. We had chance to see beautiful northern lights, and it was awesome. Just use one of two large spaces on the road that lead to the hotel, there are the darkest spots for observing. Hotel is very clean and soundproof. Good breakfast.

When you get to the Hafdals Hotel you will be impressed by the view and then you’ll realise that you get to enjoy this view every single second during your stay (well not every second, the bathroom has no view towards Akureyri but this is no fault of the hotel). Speaking of the room it is quite spacious and the shower has some nice water pressure. The complete hotel facility was clean and well managed! The breakfast buffet is adequate, there is a good amount of choice and the food and drink is of high quality. The bed is comfortable and the provided pillow lead to some restfull sleep.
