Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodation 5 km from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. We had an amazing expérience. The Best hôtel we stay in iceland (2 weeks trip). Everything is here to feel relax and peacefull. Dont hesitate, chose this one.

Located by the harbour in Höfn, this property is surrounded by Hornafjördur’s outdoor activity possibilities. Guests can enjoy mountaineering, snowmobile glacier trips and ice climbing in the area. There are two famous restaurants near the hotel . And it used card key not the original key that’s easy for me to enter the room. In the morning, I can see the sea view which is very cool

We liked everything about this hotel, especially Dadda the charming owner. For three days we felt like we were at home. Also there are horses, and Dadda let us get in their area and feed them.

Situated next to Iceland’s Ring Road, this family-run farm hotel offers brightly decorated rooms with a TV and a private bathroom. The Hoffell Hot Springs are 25 km away. I like a lot of things, but I love the breakfast the most. The range of food was so vast and everything was absolutely delicious.

Hotel Stadarborg is in Breiddalur Valley, next to Road 1 and less than a 1-hour drive from Egilsstadir. perfect stay !!!! the shower had a door broken but it was all. access to the sauna & hot tub for 1000isk only. breakfast included in the price worth every penny you’ll spend here. thabk you for being so kind, you are lovely

Situated in south-eastern Iceland, in the coastal town of Höfn, this hotel offers local cuisine and modern en-suite rooms with a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The staff is very friendly, they made very good recommendations for things to do nearby and were very understanding of the fact that we had roads closed due to the weather.

The amazing location of Hotel Skaftafell provides guests with stunning views of Iceland's highest mountain, Hvannadalshnjukur and the largest glacier in Europe, Vatnajökull. Wonderful place! The restaurant, while a bit expensive, served us wonderful food, perfect after a day of exploring. On top of that, 15 min walk behind the hotel allows you to see two glaciers and wonderful views. The best part was definitely chatting with Pedro, an exceptional receptionist and a great guy!

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Höfn in south-east Iceland, this hotel is found along Route 1, close to the country’s largest glacier Vatnajökull. Clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and excellent position (close to Höfn)

Berjaya Hérað Hotel is situated in Egilsstadir, 5 km from Lagarfljot River. It offers a terrace bar and 24-hour room service. All rooms have Wi-Fi, satellite TV and wooden floors. outstanding! the bedroom was perfectly clean and comfortable. the amenities (particularly those from L’Occitane) were incredible and great cost benefit. totally recommend!
