Situated in Karlovac, 46 km from Arena Shopping Centre Zagreb, Hotel Florian&Godler features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The town is conveniently located to downtown; my son and I went back and forth a few times per day. Karlovac is a neat mid-size non-touristy city that was a great break from the touristy coastal towns. My son loved going down to the river with the locals in the afternoons to swim. The hotel was beautifully renovated, very pleasing to the eye and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved this place and will certainly use it again in the future as a stopping point en route to the coast.

Set 7 km from Plitvice Lakes National Park, 16 Lakes Hotel offers modernly equipped rooms and suites in Grabovac. Guests can relax at the sun terrace by the outdoor pool. We rent a quad and went to the field next to the hotel. The view was so nice with sunset! Also, the staffs are friendly.

Cute little hotel on the side of the road. Beautiful view of the valley. Very clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant is amazing, staff extremely friendly and helpful. It even has options to book different activities (rafting, quads, bikes, etc). Hotel also has a huge parking and a nice summer terrace.

Clean , restaurant food was incredible, location was great for entrance 1 Hotel staff was friendly Helena was very helpful in giving us advice on things to do in the area

Located at the rest area Draganić on the A1 motorway between Zagreb and Karlovac, Hotel Draganić offers modern, air-conditioned rooms. Everything is perfect. I have stayed multiple times at this hotel, and it never disappoints.

Hotel Srakovcic Heart of Nature is located in Ribnik, 20 km from Karlovac, in the peaceful and rural Lipnik Valley. The location is amazing. The facilities are also excellent.

Hotel Korana Srakovcic is beautifully situated on the riverbank of Korana River in a peaceful area of Karlovac, a 30-minute drive from Zagreb. Limited, but I’m not a big breakfast eater and continental breakfast is not something I enjoy. The breakfast experience though was incredible. Huge tables on the terrace, overlooking the river or the same inside. It’s pure, indulgent luxury. The park just outside, so peaceful. Loved this hotel. 5 star hotels will always struggle to beat an experience like this, because location is key.
