Staff : Note that our cottage unit was located in a wider "caravan park". Reception service was available and useful. Smooth check in experience. Facilities : Inside, everything was complete and rather new. You will have all you need to enjoy your time there. For kids, there was also small play ground at the park. Hot water running great with good pressure. All top notch. Note that the cottage is located on a step-up hence you will need to take a wide stairs. In our view we were lucky since we got one of the "high" cottage with a wider view of the park. Cleanliness : Clean, and I recognised there was no shortcut taken when clean every inch of the house. Comfort : Bed and the caravan's atmosphere were comfortable and cosy. Value Money : We were travelling during autumn school holiday, and comparing other options around Snowdon, this is considered reasonable. Location : Inside the park and its surrounding - quiet and peaceful. Within Snowdown area, although most things are at least 20-30min away (normal for such a big nature park and area). Hence you must need a car on your own. Others: We are family of 4. Internet was very fast (OK for streaming). We were there exploring Snowdon and its surrounding. Plenty parking spaces. The cottage was 2 storey, hence if you have very small kids, it might not be suitable. Our kids were 4 and 6, they were fine with the steep and small stairs leading to the small 2nd floor.

We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun! The room was nice and clean, very warm! There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it. WiFi was good and fast 😀 I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁

Still very new so not spoilt with wear and tear. Bed was hugely comfortable, the shower was really relaxing, coffee pod machine, water, teas, biscottu, plenty of room and light and airy. The bar was relaxing and very modern and clean, breakfast really was stunning and will definitely staff there again.

Il paesino è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il Galles centrale e il parco di Snowdonia. Molto carino per mangiare Y Sospan Cafè, situato in un palazzo del '600 che era il luogo in cui ai condannati a morte veniva servito l'ultimo pasto. Alle pareti immagini varie dei prigionieri anche nei casi di caccia alle streghe. Si mangia molto bene a prezzi buoni.

La città non è certamente il meglio del Galles, ma sta facendo di tutto per migliorare. Base per qualche escursione, tipo Tredegar House o la vicina Hereford.

Non abbiamo propriamente visitato B.
Non abbiamo propriamente visitato B.F ma vi abbiamo fatto tappa per la notte. Il tempo inclemente e la pessima esperienza con l'hotel ci hanno invogliato al mattino a spostarci verso la penisola di Lynn. A B.F. abbiamo riscontrato le solite difficoltà UK nel mangiare dopo una certa ora (ma parliamo delle 20.00 mica delle 23.00). Come al solito ci ha salvato un ristorante etnico. Abbiamo riscontrato anche una certa "sfiga" climatica di B.F. rispetto al resto del Galles. Anche ripassandoci vicino nel pomeriggio dopo aver incontrato il sole nelle penisola di di Lynn, abbiamo ritrovato pioggia solo nei pressi di B.F. Sarà stato un caso?

Tra i moltissimi "seaside resorts" della Gran...
Tra i moltissimi "seaside resorts" della Gran Bretagna, Llandudno è sicuramente un posto diverso da tutti gli altri. Sorto da una felice idea imprenditoriale per essere esattamente questo, una città per villeggianti, ha strade piene di locali e negozi, una bellissima spiaggia e una sorprendente, lunghissima "palazzata" di edifici color pastello che guardano il mare. E' vicinissima a luoghi come Conwy e il suo castello e altre belle località del Galles settentrionale. Raccomando la visita alle antiche miniere di rame sul Great Orme, un percorso davvero sorprendente, e di non tralasciare la "west shore", meno mondana della spiaggia principale ma molto suggestiva.

Piccolo paese molto grazioso. Consigliata la passeggiata Precipe Walk ad un paio di chilometri dal centro città, che offre una splendida visuale della zona. Consigliato il Bistrò Y Sospan, caratteristico e romantico, che serve piatti della tradizione gallese.

Credo che il Galles sia una delle regioni del Regno Unito...
Credo che il Galles sia una delle regioni del Regno Unito piu' bello dal punto di vista paesaggistico, Inoltre essendo leggermente fuori dalle normali rotte stradali che collegano le estremita' dell'isola, mantiene una sua personalita' al fdi fuori del comune, tutt'oggi caratterizzata da una "lingua" parlata dagli stessi abitanti, che differisce completamente dalla lingua inglese. Bala e' un punto strategico per visitare la parte nord del galles, e ovviamente lo Snowdonia National Park che offre scorci indimenticabili. E' un piccolo paesino sulle rive di un lago, attraversato da una strada principale nella quale si affacciano i caratteristici Pub, Ristorante/Albergo principale, Post Office e negozietti. Davvero un'ambientazione da favola.

This Hotel was exceptional. It was Beautiful Inside and Out. Right next to the Beach and Boardwalk. It was walking distance to Cafes and Restaurants and shops. The Food was very tasty and we loved having Breakfast every morning in the Sun Room facing the Ocean. The room was spacious and very comfortable and they provided soft Robes and slippers. The Tea and Coffee set up also had Hot Chocolate and cookies. Delicious!! The Staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and again!! Thank you!

Amazing facilities, the view was fantastic and spa not too over crowded. Mini fridge was handy in the room. Great location to walk down into Saundersfood. Breakfast was outstanding, we were able to help yourself as well as a fresh cooked breakfast of our choice. I had the eggs Benedict which was 10/10.

The gym is exceptional, the stuff very friendly. A rich choice of food for breakfast. The surroundings are lovely - we went for a nice little morning walk to the Hensol Castle which is only 10 minutes away.

I could not recommend this property highly enough, although old it’s in remarkably good condition and any thing it lacks the staff more than make up for it.. I try not to leave reviews but when the reminder arrived in my inbox from booking.com I couldn’t respond quickly enough, I’ve stayed in different properties in Llandudno but this one is by far the most hospitable and tremendously good value ( get the buffet breakfast for the extra cost).. well worth it.

Dragon hotel: Ottima posizione vicino la stazione e i servizi di Swansea. La camera era pulita, grande e accogliente. Il letto comodissimo e il personale veramente gentile, infatti anche se non è stato possibile fare il check-in prima delle 15 ci fanno fatto fasciare i bagagli in custodia. La colazione è eccellente super varia e tutto ottimo. Voto 8/10

Loved everything staff were lovely one or two at breakfast came across a bit off when we moved tables but then we should have asked 🤔

The castle and grounds are amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bedroom so cozy and had the best sleep. Love the ambience, felt like an old rich castle while sipping my cocktail.
