Amazing view onto the mountains from the room. We had chosen the half board option, the restaurant is excellent and the staff very friendly. The hotel is only 1 year old, very modern, beautifully decorated and ideally located at the bottom of the ski slopes. It takes 50 meters by foot to reach the ski slopes. The fact that the boots and skis can be rented on the premises is definitely a plus! The staff in the ski shop is devoted to make you fell comfortable. Than you very much to all staff for their devotion in making the holidays unforgettable!

Belle Epoque is located in Aix-les-Bains and has a bar and a terrace. We wake up to late for breakfast, so no comment on that topic. We were pleaseantly received at the hotel door (a bit confusing on how to get in or call) and appreciated having our bags taken to the toom while I parked the car. The tea/beverage room was promptly attended to when we came back from dinner. Our hostes was wonderful.

The cleanliness and the staff. The bed was comfy and the blankets were warm. The hotel is in a good location too but the garage is somehow difficult to get in and out--which is not really convenient. And the hotel location on a steep slope makes it hard to park outside. Anyway that is Savoie so it is not unexpected.

Stayed in the summer, and (when clouds cleared!) some stunning views and scenery. We stayed in the summer, but can see this would be beautiful in the winter as well, with snow covered slopes and roofs. Nice shop in the residence, and town very close for restaurants, larger supermarket and obligatory gift shops. Didn't use them, bit seemed to be plenty of sports shops renting skis and equipment. Saw plenty of busses on mountain roads, and bus stop right outside entrance, so guess you don't need a car to get there.

We were a family of 18 in three rooms with young children. The situation of the rooms that we were given on one floor and close together was ideal. It meant any noise didn’t annoy other guests. The size of the 6/8 bed room meant we could all eat together in the evening. The swimming pool/spa area made the holiday extra special. Bread etc can be delivered to your door. Also the staff seemed super relaxed and happy to help.

Gorgeous old chalet set outside Chambery. It was absolutely stunning. Our room was exceptionally large with a gorgeous tiled bath and sweet terrace. We also enjoyed a gourmet 4 course meal at their restaurant for about $50 which was and Exceptional value. Breakfast was included and also delicious. Perfect place to relax. We were there for 4 nights. Lovely location on the lake Fantastic, well run pool and spa. Great access from 9 am to 22 pm. Wonderful staff. Large room and nice balcony with lake view. They complied with requests for fragrance free/hypo- allergenic room. Assisted with getting cab rides to and from train station. Would love to return.

Wonderful location and easy parking. The hotel maintains the special character of the fishing site and has a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately the weather was poor so we could not enjoy eating in the nice outdoor patio area.
