The proximity to the train is amazing as it is just a few steps away from the platform and yet the room is quiet and super easy to navigate. The cafe is delightful, breakfast is lovely, coffee is solid, and the gift shop is great with local items and handicrafts. Definitely the best place to stay in Kemi.

El Hotel Yöpuu se encuentra en el sur de Kemi, junto a la carretera europea E8 y a 5 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad. The hosts were warm and wonderful. It was like meeting up with an old friend. The view to the forest from our window was magical with snow-filled trees. We called to say we would arrive late and they waited for us. They also made the buffet breakfast available for an extra 30 minutes. Delicious meatballs!
