There are rooms for improving the quality of food after I consumed breakfast and dinner four nights. In the breakfast, all pastries looked extremely good but the taste and texture were not up to standard. However, there is beg bugs. Really unbelievable! I raised this issue as I check out. Hope the this issue could be resolved as I next visit.

I liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size, there was enough desk space and I loved the automated curtains which opened as you went in (I know it is childish but….). Staff were friendly, spoke English and the ultimate bonus was that the metro station was directly underneath the hotel. The Children’s centre In the same complex was an intriguing concept but it was a pleasure to see so many children having fun so it shouldn’t put guests off.

The building itself was abit aged. but hotel team did best to keep it in a nice way! staff from health sport center Ms.Jiang was very welcoming all the time, shows the best hospitality. Ms Zhang from breakfast was very helpful as well. I would come again to this hotel when I am in Hongkong or Shenzhen area.

Right in the center of Futian area you have a lot of places to go, visit and eat. Easy connection to other Shenzhen areas like Nanshan or Shenzhen Bay.

Excellent location, just minutes to metro station and MH Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jessie Doug who gave us a nice corner unit with an excellent view. I guess that day was not too busy, we got our room when we arrived at noon. We even received a birthday cake from the hotel because we came here to celebrate our niece’s birthday.
