The room and view were amazing, bed comfortable and the staff were so lovely and gave us good tips for what to do! Easy to park, beautiful walks around the hotel and it had such a beautiful outdoor area for breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer. 10/10 from us!

Well maintained and clean. We had the large upstairs family room to sleep four. Cold at night, with large comforters. Views of the town and Swiss countryside are amazing. Cows and Cow Bell sounds are everywhere. Food in restaurant was very good.

It offers direct mountain views in all rooms. everything! the staff was mega nice. the room was perfectly furnished. the view from the balcony was fascinating. we had a wonderful time at this hotel.

Great room layout for families with the kids room nested inside the suite. The bathroom and fixtures are high quality and very comfortable. The service is super friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible stay. The restaurant is high-end and family friendly, the wine card is top notch. Overall an excellent stay. Also, the self-service free water and drinks are great, though the delicious fresh tap water is still better. Excellent location close to the rail network that provides access to the whole region.
