A beautiful property including our room, with excellent service! We were well taken care of on our honeymoon. Also, we forgot a very sentimental and valuable item and when we got in touch the Ritz Management quickly searched the room and got back to us on how to get the item to us as quickly and safely as possible! El Hale-Hoola B&B, situado en Captain Cook, ofrece conexión WiFi gratuita. The setting was beautiful, very green and close to nature. The view from the balcony was great, the breakfast was tasty and the hosts were very accommodating.

Robert was very welcoming and made sure we had a great breakfast before we set off the next day! His communication before we arrived was excellent.

Chris and fur-baby Roxy are excellent hosts, and the ohana was perfect for my husband and my two-night stay. It is centrally located in Pahoa town, making it convenient to run errands either to the village center or to Hilo town. The home is a shared accommodation, which was a first for us. There was another couple staying for one night, and they were very nice and kept to themselves. Chris is very personable and easy to be around, whether you want to hang out and chat, or just chill by yourself and read. Roxy is a beautiful, well-behaved Carolina dog, and for us, a joy to have around.
