Mamma Ciccia offers room in several locations in Mandello del Lario's centre, on Lake Como. It features 2 restaurants and a bar. Rooms here offer free Wi-Fi and overlook an internal courtyard. The breakfast had a nice and delicious selection. The staff was always very friendly. Grazie!

Hotel Aurora overlooks Lake Como in a panoramic setting. Relax at the free, private beach. The hotel includes an early 20th-century property and a lake-view villa built in 2009. The location of this hotel was perfect for our group. Hotel Villa Aurora is situated on Lake Como with easy access into the inviting warm water. We visited in June, it was busy but not overcrowded. Check-in was effortless due to the wonderful friendly welcome by reception staff. The restaurant had a picturesque view over the lake and all meals were amazing and delicious (of the highest standard). Restaurant and bar staff were attentive and friendly, delivering us with exceptional service. We made use of all their facilities - wake-boarding, kayaking and hiring a boat. The activities staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This property is only a quick 10 minute drive to Bellagio (the road is narrow).

My family and I took the ferry to Bellagio, and as soon as we disembarked, the hotel was right in front our eyes! What else could we do but jump for joy as we did not have to carry our luggage up a hill as we were doing for almost 2 weeks! Entry was super fast and easy. There was also a lift in the building! We were escorted to our rooms, which were amazing! The size of the room, the king size bed which were so comfortable I did not want to leave the next morning, the bathroom was also big and spacious with a separate shower and a tub, the room decor, the amenities, we just loved everything! We even went to the spa to relax for a bit before heading for dinner. The next day, we unfortunately had to check out, so we had breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. Breakfast was self-serve, and there were various items to choose from (Cereal, fruits, yogurt, croissants; plain, chocolate etc, scrambled eggs, salad, different types of cheese, cold cuts and more). This was one of the best stays my family and I had in Italy! Will definitely return!

La Casa del Sarto - Rooms and Apartments has air-conditioned guest accommodation in Lecco, 25 km from Villa Melzi Gardens, 26 km from Bellagio Ferry Terminal and 27 km from Circolo Golf Villa d'Este. Very friendly and helpful stuff, clean and cozy room and facilities, close to the bus stop/train station. 5 min by car to the centre and great location if to stay here for going to ski.

Il Mallo Verde - Lake Como B&B is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Mandello del Lario, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden and barbecue facilities. The VIEW!! Dania was an amazing host The breakfast was great: changing every day and taking into consideration our wishes.

Featuring garden views, il larice d' oro in Sueglio offers accommodation and a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Everything was exceptional, I would recommend this place to everyone. The road to the house is rather steep and narrow but the views are absolutely stunning. We were warmly welcomed by an amazing person - Vittorio, the host of the place. We came late and were hungry - Vittorio offered us 3 pizzas and a bottle of nice wine, even though the property doesn't provide dinner. Vittorio is very interesting person, we had long talks with him about everything. He used to work as a photographer - he showed us his great works. He's a father of 2 kind, well-trained dogs, we enjoyed petting them. The view of the lake and mountains from the property is just stunning. Have a walk at night - view at the stars is incredible.
