Located in Riscone, Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - The Leading Hotels of the World features a restaurant with an open kitchen, a bar and a spacious wellness and fitness centre. This 5-star, hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, an all-year rooftop pool and a sun terrace area. A permanent herbal garden is also available. Our stay was impeccable! The hotel knows how to feed the guests and has unlimited spa options. Money well spent but regret not being able to plan ahead to reserve spa treatments. They accommodated our last minute request, but we just ran out of time. I usually don't visit the same place twice but this place is totally worth coming back to!

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has a hot tub and a lift. The room was large and you had everything you needed. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. Oh and since it's Italy, one should mention: they actually do speak english and german perfectly

The staff was super helpful ! Breakfast was excellent and over exceeded our expectation ! Cherry on top, we travelled with 2 dogs and in the room were two dog beds and bowls waiting. Best hotel we have stayed out in years ! so so recommend this place !
