Perfect for our one night stay after our event. Breakfast was amazing - especially the sausages 😋 So friendly and welcoming lovely room with en-suite very clean and tidy. Even saw a red squirrel in the garden 🐿️

A recently renovated property, The Townhouse 101 is located in Sandown near Sandown Beach, Dinosaur Isle. Very homely, great room, great location (short walk to the beach) and a fantastic host, who provided lots of useful guidance and suggestions for our visit. And breakfast was amazing too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Beautiful garden which also looks amazing at night, lit up by fairy lights. We booked Ward Avenue because of the excellent reviews and absolutely agree with them.
