The staff are excellent! From the friendly bellmen, front desk staff, housekeeping and room service staff. The room is immaculate! The room design is beautiful and contemporary yet classy with rich tones. The room service options were superb! The food was delivered in a timely manner, and displayed as if we were dining in a restaurant. The quality of the cocktails is top quality and inventive. The hotel’s location is also in walking distance to the Liverpool station, which is very convenient when exploring the city.

Location, environment, service are excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and warmth. When I left my phone in a taxi, the staff did their best to help me find it. Special thanks to Mr. Andrei Morari, Mr. Darius and Mr. Basal. When I checked out, I found that I had left something in the safe box. The staff kept it carefully for me until I went to get back it. In a word, it was a great hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in London.

Non appena attraverserete il cortile alberato del St Ermin's apprezzerete l'atmosfera sofisticata e il design innovativo che caratterizza questo hotel. L'albergo si trova accanto al St. Excellent location, beatifuly decorated for Christmas, a building with history nicely renovated. Good brakfast.
