The Mason Arms is located on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, just a 10-minute walk from Branscombe Beach. The perfect location, staff were so friendly and went out of their way and had thought about every last detail down to the pillow spray and marshmallows for the fire, stunning decor and design, extremely comfortable bed, food was delicious, lush walk to the nearby beach.

This 18th-century hotel is set in the centre of South Molton. It mixes original character with modern comforts and has log fires, free Wi-Fi, free parking and en suite rooms with flat-screen TVs. Yes I love this hotel. It is like staying in an old family house.

The Hoops Inn & Country Hotel is a Grade II listed property nestled within unspoilt countryside and 5 minutes’ drive from a scenic coastal walk. Super cute and historical. Gardens we’re fabulous and the food exceptional!

I don’t even know where to begin. Lizi and her family were the most wonderful hosts. So warm and friendly and responsive to our questions. She told me all the best places to go for antique shopping and hiking to the channel. And the cottage was newly renovated and exquisite in every detail. From the large, newly built wardrobe to the medallions and light fixtures on the ceilings to the beautiful lighting in the kitchen. Even the path to the hot tub was magical. Lizi even had homemade bread and eggs and milk for us. We will never forget you. You made so many memories for us in 48 short hours. Come to Texas and I’ll roll out the red carpet for YOU next time. The house has a very old history and charm. Friendly welcome from the owners. Breakfast was perfect. Nice little town with good restaurants.

Each cottage was clean, comfortable, well equipped and welcoming. The outside area was ideal for our children, including the park and football area. Zak and his wife were so friendly and helpful it made our stay perfect.

Featuring a restaurant and a bar, The Bull Inn is located in Totnes, 300 metres from Totnes Castle. Guests at the hotel can enjoy a cooked breakfast. I stayed in the single room, which could have been an afterthought, but I felt it was really well laid out and appointed. I appreciate the ethics of the business. All the staff I met were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Great location also. Thought it might be noisy, from the pub, but it was just fine.
