Attention to detail with no stone left unturned. Luxury with a lovely vibe. Here’s to hoping that the hotel, with it’s increasing fame, doesn’t follow the same path as other luxury Caribbean resorts, becoming sickeningly expensive and unobtainable

Casona de Colegio in Cartagena de Indias provides accommodation with a garden a terrace, an infinity pool and a bar. Everything. The hotel was intimate with great service, the rooftop pool was beautiful and the room decor was unique and stylish. The breakfast and welcome cocktail were great too. shoutout to Sheik, the hotel manager, for his excellent hospitality.

Situated in Mompos, within 400 metres of Mompós. Karakali Boutique Hotel features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, and free WiFi throughout the property. The service, the buiding, location. Staff was super friendly, accomodating. The building is gorgeous, impecably restored, with a beautiful central garden and a pool. There is hot water, the room is huge, confortable beds and pillows. Peaceful at all times. They served delicious breakfast. I will come back.

The location is very good, while there are two different kinds of beaches at walking distance: one with less waves and the other one to another direction that has more waves. The hostel’s a quick 5-minute walk from the airport and just a 10-minute drive to the city center. Marbella and Ricardo, the owners, are fantastic—they really care about making your stay great. They went many extra steps to provide me with all the information I needed. The breakfast the ladies cook is delicious and I even got lucky with lunch! Big thanks for the awesome stay—I totally recommend this place!
