Host was v helpful and responded quickly to any questions . Room comfortably took 3 beds. Shower was lovely good water pressure and hot water. The bathroom is outside the bedroom but is for your own self use. There is a shared kitchen with all facilities and food drinks provided as you want them. It is outside of the centre but an easy 20 min walk away.

I have been to many cities around the world and I have tried many hotels, and guesthouses, and I can say that this place is by far the best. I strongly recommend it. The host, Mr Guido Paganini, is amazing. He is always available and very professional. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It's really close to the main attractions, the city center and the best restaurants and bars (also recommended by Mr Guido). If you're planning for a Tuscany trip, this is the place to choose.

    Veldig bra plassering for vår tur. utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom vertinne som bor på stedet med en nydelig, lydig liten hund. flott utsikt over elven og piazza Garibaldi. De er nystartet og holder på å pusse opp, vi reiser vanligvis til hotell, men her kommer det til å bli et flott sted som vi gjerne kommer tilbake til. Barna på 9 og 12 år var veldig glade for god aircondition og kjøleskap med kaldt vann i det varme været. Trodde trafikken skulle bli et problem til natten, men vi sov godt alle fire.
