Host was v helpful and responded quickly to any questions . Room comfortably took 3 beds. Shower was lovely good water pressure and hot water. The bathroom is outside the bedroom but is for your own self use. There is a shared kitchen with all facilities and food drinks provided as you want them. I have been to many cities around the world and I have tried many hotels, and guesthouses, and I can say that this place is by far the best. I strongly recommend it. The host, Mr Guido Paganini, is amazing. He is always available and very professional. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It's really close to the main attractions, the city center and the best restaurants and bars (also recommended by Mr Guido). If you're planning for a Tuscany trip, this is the place to choose.
