Everything!! Suzanna welcomed us with a warm smile, an espresso, and a treat at the reception desk as she checked us in. It was a cool day and we had walked from the train. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated! She was so welcoming and informative! She thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room that was available for the night at no extra charge. So kind! Our room was charming with a view of the garden, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Suzanna explained that snacks were available in the breakfast area and we could help ourselves. We were tired from travel, so enjoyed tea, a roll w jam, and fruit. Happily satisfied! The BnB serves a complimentary, delicious breakfast, complete w served cappuccinos. We were set for a day of exploring. And the staff allowed us to leave our bags as we did so! Top this all off with an amazing location! We were happily just outside of Lucca’s wall, a 5 minute walk to the main entry to Old Town. This BnB gets an enthusiastic 10+ in my book!! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Helt fantastisk service. Alle som jobbet på hotellet var så behjelpelige. Nydelig rom og uteområde . Fantastisk frokost og atmosfære. Bassenget var deilig å ha på varme dager. Veldig nære Lucca by, kun 850 meter unna via en snarvei. Dette hotellet kan man bo på i mange dager. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake.

The apartment is very well located, close enough to the Lucca city walls. It took about 15 minutes by bicycle to get to the city center. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner gave us two bikes for our sons, which unfortunately we only used once, because of the extreme heat. We were invited to serve ourselves in the beautiful garden, full of tomatoes and other vegetables. The owner and his mother were very friendly.

    Fikk det viktigste vi trengte av vertskapet da våres bagasje ikke kom med oss på flyet. Vennlige mennesker med omtanke. Rent basseng. Veldig koselig da jenta viste oss, og lot oss klappe de fine hønene/kyllingene. Katten var også fin og kosete. Egen spiseplass og sofa ute.
