Lovely, private house in historic village. We spent our late afternoons relaxing in the jacuzzi (no heating) and the evenings relaxing on the sunbeds on the terrace. It is very private and quiet, just some sounds of the village and road below drifting upwards. Beautiful view and you can see the sea. Accomodation is very spacious and clean, with airco in both the bedroom and living room. Clean kitchen with lots of appliances (toaster, microwave, 2 pit electric stove) easy to heat things up but not to cook full dinner. We had our 1,5 year old with us and that required continuous supervision outside because of the stairs. Wifi was good. Small restaurant is close by, and also offers take away. Host was responsive and very friendly. We would stay again if we go to Santorini.

The best thing about this place is who's there making your stay so easy. Penny is the most welcoming, charming and attentive host we had in such a long time. She helped us from the first minute, transfers, car rental, tips for restaurants, main must-see areas in the island...she even provided us with beach towels during our whole stay as we forgot to pack ours! The room was just as expected, with all the necessary equipment you expect from a traditional house. No superfluous luxury. But comfortable, clean and homely. Emporio is definitely the place to be in Santorini. Super good communication with the rest of the island, even for public transport, and away from all the mass tourism that you will find at Fira or Oia, but yet lively and with plenty of options for food and other kinds of services. At the end a great place to stay and surely will recommend to anyone that visits Santorini to book here. We will definitely come back!!! PS: cat lovers will love it. ;)

The host was EXTREMELY accommodating and quick to answer any questions! She directed us to the best food, super markets and activities in the area. The Airbnb has a ton of brochures which have countless activities you can peruse through! We rented the entire villa and being able to have three separated spaces with three separate couples was something I did not see in other listings in Santorini. Overall the hospitality and service were OUT OF THIS WORLD.

The property is quite cool in summer (without requiting AC), and beautifully built greek-style. One of the very few properties in Emporio Village with a large outside gardened area and shade. Any time again.

Great hospitality: I was met at a cafe in Emporio, shown parking, and brought to the apartment. There was caffee, olive oil, and other condiments already in the kitchen. I received fresh-baked goods several times during my stay. There was nice decoration indoor and outdoor. There was a cleaning service every day. When my flight was changed, Anna arranged for my suitcase to be picked up late in the evening. Good location: away from all the commercial tourism of Santorini.

Everything, the location, the house is just right clean, kitchen facilities, air-con. Property is near to the bus stop, supermarket, bakery and restaurants and beach. The property owner was so lovely, accommodating and very helpful. She is one of the best for making sure our stay is memorable and comfortable.
