Excellent staff and service. Food was also excellent and staff went to great lengths to address allergies and were well aware of the options available. Staff at all levels very accommodating and receptive to the needs of guests. Would highly recommend.

The place was very easy to find,just past "Spar" if your coming from the ferry-side. My key was sitting there waiting for me on my arrival which i thought was a very practical and efficient way of doing things. I found my room to be better than expected and everything worked and was very cozy and CLEAN. The manager called up to confirm my breakfast time and she seemed very warm and welcoming. I was lucky to be able to engage with this lady again who i found out was from Hong Kong. while having breakfast the next morning and she was very helpful and so nice i almost didn't want to leave. You will be in good hands if you stay at the Caledonia,you'l have a really nice,informative,helpful Hong Kong host,a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in a really good location. The receptionist was warm and helped me upstairs with my luggage. The room was nicely decorated. There was plenty of coffee and tea in the room, and breakfast was tasty.

I only booked as a place closer to the cinema for my kids, we all ended up having an amazing night, the hotel was lovely and the staff extremely helpful, will definitely be staying again

Lovely cabin with everything I needed for a few days, the hosts communication was great and they were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend and stay again when I return to the IOM.
