Honestly, everything. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the amenities you could need for both a short and longer stay. All the furniture and appliances are new (or at least well maintained), there are 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms (both leading to the terrace). The terrace is beautiful, overlooking the inner courtyard of the residential complex, which is very safe and well kept. The location is a 10/10, next to the famous Negresco hotel. There's also a huge Carrefour next to the building, as well as a bus stop (bus 12 that goes directly to the airport). Sebastian (who greeted us) was very nice and welcoming, and communication with Emma (owner) was clear and friendly. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Excellent apartment to stay in Nice with a small balcony and pretty views. Easy to get to by any mode of transport, in a lovely central area only 5-10min walk from the beach promenade and old town area. There were mats and an umbrella for the beach, a clothes washing machine, coffee machine etc. Everything was really nicely done and it was a perfect stay for a couple at great value. Highly recommended!
