In our first contact with Ms. Brigitte, the owner, she offered to pick us up from the airport. Our plane got delayed till 11pm. She still came to pick us up, in her car, helping us load and unload our luggage. She apologised to us that she won’t be able to take us back to the airport on departure date, as she will be away that week. This exceptional kindness continued in all exchanges during our stay. Back to the apartment. It is in France, very close to the Ferney-Voltaire customs post, but on a very calm side street, in a small compound with parking. It is walking distance to two supermarkets (Lidl and Carrefour) and to buses taking you to the centre of Geneva or the airport. The very clean, comfortable apartment consists of a first floor with a very spacious living-dining area, comfortable furniture, a most pleasant balcony surrounded by greenery, and a fully equipped kitchen and guest toilet. All appliances one can think of, including dishwasher and washing machine, are there. The second floor has a large landing, two bedrooms with closets and a full bath. The beds are comfortable, enough linen and towels are provided. Wifi works perfectly and there is a printer, pre-loaded with paper – if needed.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και με καινούριο εξοπλισμό. Η θέση ήταν καλή αρκεί να μην πάει κάποιος στη Γενεύη από τον κεντρικό δρόμο που πάντα έχει πολύ κίνηση. (Υπάρχουν πολλές εναλλακτικές διαδρομές)

Cheep one bus from the airport and free hot water for making drinks ( we brought our own coffee)

The service was amazing at front counter. One poor guy checking in about 10 people all by himself at 10pm wheel another woman staff member there did not step in and support him.
