Wait. Was there a breakfast. Yes this place is older but you really can't beat everything you get. A great location. The room have kitchens or kitchenettes and my room had a little separate alcove for the bed. The staff is beyond nice and helpful

The switch from just a Motel to a sustainable boutique Motel is a success. The rooms are very nice. The materials and ideas they have used are remarkable. For instance, day light in the bathroom. The outside with the flowers was very nice, as well. Closed by is a Japanese Hotel which was a highlight as well.

Really well maintained property, close to university and city cemter. The owners are very supportive and nice people. The room is well equipped with fridge and microwave, also very clean and spotless. The shower has strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The windows are soundproof so traffic and planes are not disturbing the nights.
