Located in Auckland, 500 metres from Takapuna Beach, Carnmore Hotel Takapuna provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and a fitness centre. I liked everything! The hotel is newly renovated, modern, super clean and conveniently located! You’re steps away from the beach, boutique shops, a supermarket, restaurants. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the city center by bus, a little bit longer if you take a ferry, which I’d highly recommend. Last but not least, I’d like to say a big thank to the staff! They are very nice people, helpful and professional. Krystal and Kunwar helped me a lot! Thank you, guys! Also the manager was great. I would definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

Located approximately 5 minutes drive from Auckland Airport, Auckland Airport Motel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport for guests staying at the motel. I also stayed for one night a week earlier. I asked for the same end room ’18’ which I thought was perfect. Clean with tv/wifi kitchenette and large bathroom. Could park outside the door - a unique electronic patio door mechanism. Quiet neighborhood on wide, quiet collector road. 10 minutes from the airport on the way out and close to the cross-city freeway (tried to stay out of Auckland traffic as much as possible).
