The Oak Tree is centrally located, quiet, clean and a great value. Why would I stay in a comparably priced motel that would not be as clean, safe, and in a bad neighborhood. The Oak Tree is the best value in the San Fernando Valley and I definitely recommend it.

Our favourite was definitely Paris Baguette - kindly recommend for breakfast. A plus was also free parking for guests. The young guy that welcomed us at the reception was very kind and hospitable, what can be hardly said for the other two guys working at the desk, that definitely did not want to be bothered.
