I had a great stay at the Harbor House Inn! Travelling alone and booking very last minute, I looked for something that had great reviews, wasn't going to break the bank, but that was in a central location - so I could leave the car alone for a few days. This property ticked all the boxes, with the bonus of the owner, Raj, who went out of his way to help me with various trips, restaurants and general recommendations. The room was large, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed - including full kitchenette (fridge, stove, microwave etc), so you could choose to eat in, if required. There was always ample parking, even when the property was full. Most importantly, I slept well - essential for me, as I had just arrived from the UK. The property was a stone's throw away from the harbour (great views from the balcony), minutes away from the ferry terminals (for visiting the islands), about a 10 - 15 minute's walk to the nearest beach and probably around 10 minute's walk away from Main Street, where most restaurants and pubs are located. There were around 4 - 5 even nearer restaurants/bars, within 2 -3 minute's walk away. Obviously, if you are looking for more facilities such as a swimming pool, then look elsewhere, but I found it difficult to find anything else that was in budget and in the location that didn't require driving. Some of the nearby hotels got very mixed reviews, too! Also, parking in the harbour would have added to the overall cost (that I didn't have to pay)! If visiting this area in the future, I would DEFINETLY stay at this property again.. A huge thanks to Raj and team!

We managed to get to the hotel at the end of the season. In fact we were the last to use the indoor pool for the 2021 season. The hotel was within walking distance of the places we wanted to visit and within a short ride to the higlights of Hyannis

Grandkids loved the indoor pool which was quiet. Interconnected rooms were fab.

Very clean room, recently renovated. No carpet! My room was close to a busy street, but I had no problem with noise at all.

Great clean motel with very cozy bed and all needed equipment (fridge, microwave, Coffee machine). 15 min by walk to the great beach.
