I didn't use the breakfast because it wasn't on the price of the room and, anyway, I had to leave very early in the morning. The hotel is very nice and I recommend. The meal at the restaurant was gorgeous.

I did not stay for breakfast. The bed was very clean and comfortable. I'll admit I was a little thrown back by location...looked sketchy in the dark, but once I saw other customers coming in I felt better and kept my reservation.

This was a destination for us....due to the Restaurant-Big Texan ,next to the Hotel.....Interior door to our room was painted white, and the guests were invited to sign it... Behind the motel was place where guests could stable their horses, etc.

I had to book the motel at the last minute from Dallas as we had traveled to see a relative who'd been admitted to a hospital in Amarillo. I had never slept in a motel before, and we kinda got a good room. The motel wing we slept on was kinda newly built [not sure if the entire place is]. The room was clean too. A big fridge, coffee maker, microwave was a kicker!

The place is nice overall, especially since it's a hotel and not a motel. It's quite cheap and they serve breakfast.

This is not a luxury property but was priced right. It was more of a novelty motel - painted cute but strange (which I liked!) The room was uncarpeted and pretty spare but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Two of the bedside lamps didn't work but I found in the morning that, for at least one of them, it was unplugged and when I plugged it in it worked just fine.

An incredibly unique motel on the site of the Big Texan Steak Ranch. The room has an amazing design and decor. Good value for money. Parking space directly outside the door of the rooms.
