Staff are always super lovely. I've come back to this hotel probably 10 times over the past couple years and the staff are consistently great. They were also able to accomodate my early check-in request...the effort to make that happen was really, really, really appreciated!

We enjoyed the swimming pool. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The location was OK - only about a 3 block walk to the waterfront. At sunset we could watch the flying foxes going by. We originally booked for two nights and then decided to stay for five. We couldn't extend the original booking on booking.com, so we made a separate one for the additional 3. The hotel was able to amalgamate the two bookings so that we could have the same room for all five nights. And we ended up with a big room with a full size fridge.

Quiet convenient spot, no hassle stay and the staff is extremely helpful. Rooms are very tidy and well kept. Good air-conditioning and comfortable bed. We find it a bonus to be able to park our vehicle in front of our room.
