Attractively situated in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, The Flower Boutique Hotel & Travel is situated 1.1 km from Quan Thanh Temple, 1.1 km from Hanoi Old City Gate and 1.6 km from West Lake. Room was super value. The hotel upgraded me which was a great surprise as well. Location is near many eating places. Location is quieter and less crowded than Old Quarter. Decor was nice and room was clean as well. Staff were very polite.

Prime location close to the cathedral, hoan kiem lake, and great restaurants. Service was top notch. Jolie was amazing and gave the warmest welcome. I arrived early in the morning but Jolie upgraded my room and had it ready in an hour. Weather was really hot but she had the room AC turned on before checked in. Massage was great as well.

Mentioned it was our anniversary in advance and they set up a lovely welcoming of rose petals on the bed.

Junior sweet was clean and spacious. Staff at the front desk where also very helpful. it was our first night in Vietnam and they helped with transport from the airport and places to eat and drink nearby.
