The location of the property is excellent and the staff is super welcoming. They have made our stay unforgettable. Camellia, Mia and Jack and the staff were 5*. They have helped us book everything we needed, from the restaurant, train and halong bay tour. Truly recommend staying here.

The Flower Boutique Hotel & Travel asub Hanoi Ba Dinhi linnaosas, Quan Thanhi templist 1,1 km kaugusel, Hanoi vanalinna väravast 1,1 km ja Läänejärvest 1,6 km kaugusel. Room was super value. The hotel upgraded me which was a great surprise as well. Location is near many eating places. Location is quieter and less crowded than Old Quarter. Decor was nice and room was clean as well. Staff were very polite.

The room was clean and comfortable, of top-notch quality. Everyone in the group was very happy! Breakfast was delicious; it would be even better if they had Vietnamese coffee. The staff were incredible, very friendly and courteous, and enthusiastically introduced local attractions to us. Everyone must experience it firsthand！

Prime location close to the cathedral, hoan kiem lake, and great restaurants. Service was top notch. Jolie was amazing and gave the warmest welcome. I arrived early in the morning but Jolie upgraded my room and had it ready in an hour. Weather was really hot but she had the room AC turned on before checked in. Massage was great as well.

Breakfast was delicious and the welcome tea was the best tea I've had. Mentioned it was our anniversary in advance and they set up a lovely welcoming of rose petals on the bed.

Great place to stay in old quarter. Junior sweet was clean and spacious. Staff at the front desk where also very helpful. it was our first night in Vietnam and they helped with transport from the airport and places to eat and drink nearby.
