Very friendly and incredibly helpful staffs! They provided us many great advices for our first trip in Halong. The hotel, located in Hon Gai, is not very close to the tourist center which is in other side of the Bai Chay bridge. However, you can find affordable foods and discover the true lifestyle of local habitants and can walk to HaLong market and ride shortly to other attractive places such as Quang Ninh museum, Hon Gai beach.

Brand spanking new, clean, modern, spacious, lovely rooftop pool with beautify view of mountains and bay, located near several restaurants (Casa Bonita was wonderful - great smoothie bowls and shakes) and tour agency offices, and incredibly helpful staff - let us check in early free of charge, rented motorbike at very affordable price, showed us the sights around Cat Ba including national forest and hospital cave, offered fresh fruit and drinks when we were at the pool.

Set in Ha Long, 1.7 km from Paradise Bay Beach, Erina Cruise offers accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We stayed in a room with three beds, it was great. Big room with a balcony. Food and staff was great. Great value for money compared to other tours. Exceeded our expectations.

I like specially the work of all the crew members, commanded by Mr Hill are very efficient and nice. And the food was amazing. All the dishes were incredible!! The view of the room was magnificent and the room was too nice!!
