The room has everything you need, very comfortable bed and a kettle to make tea or coffee. There’s a plate with sweet from the hotel, which was a very nice surprise. The hotel exceeded my expectations, definitely I will come back if I’m in Istanbul.

Mr swash and his team were amazing they helped my family when I was in Dubai they arranged their dinner take out for my family while i was in Dubai and ensured a s very smooth check in. We stayed for six nights and were immediately upgraded to a suite. When we told that it was our honeymoon they surprised us with a cake and best wishes in our room. In general the staff at the reception were very helpful in every way. Their breakfast was just awesome and the staff there was extraordinary serviceminded. Our stay at Mula Hotel was just first class!

Het is een hotel waar we opnieuw voor kunnen kiezen als we weer komen.

Staying at the heart of the old town is not for the faint of heart (lots and lots of people), but this was definitely a special experience. The room was clean and sound proofing was sufficient to completely block the street noise (but not sufficient to block the sound of prayer in the morning). The breakfast was great and the terrace it was served at has an absolutely stunning view. You can easily walk to all the main attractions. You can also reach the tram in about 5 minutes and get anywhere in the city.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at this fine hotel and usually I stay 5-7 days at a time including this trip which was basically from Wednesday to Sunday. It is a gem and probably the best hotel in the area. The place looks really luxurious and gorgeous which immediately makes you feel good . Rooms are spacious and well laid out and the bathrooms are exceptional. My wife and I are very particular about bathrooms and these are modern and very clean. We got the suite and it is a home away from home. We don't always get the breakfast as we sometimes like to enjoy eating in the plethora of amazing food places across the road. Though the breakfast buffet is 5 star and recommended if you feel like treating yourself. If working out is important to you the gym , pool and spa facilities are resort style and highly recommended. My stays here are really to visit my daughter who studies at Okan university so i don't do much sightseeing or anything like that but it is well located and convenient. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from viaport outlet shopping , across the road from many restaurants and close to the university as well . I wish I could remember everyone's names but Mr Basar does an excellent job managing an amazing team and the girls at the front desk are always smiling, welcoming and helpful.
