What an exceptional customer service and accommodation! Me and my friend stayed here for few days, including pretty heavy snow storm. Our car was stranded and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us get to the village, including putting on our chains themselves. Rooms and spa are of high quality, decor is brand new and beautiful and breakfast was super rich. Amazing option for Champoluc area, we’ll be definitely back and make a tradition of staying here!

My wife and I had such a great time staying here for 4 nights. The staff were so nice and the service was excellent. Felt truly welcome. Great room (beautiful, clean, spacious, very good shower), very nice Spa, delicious breakfast. This hotel and our stay in La Thuile was highlight of our Italy trip. The area is stunning with the mountains all around and we enjoyed hiking nearby Rutor waterfalls which was amazing as well as visiting Courmayeur and Chamonix.

The spa/inside swimming pool had a great view on the mountains, it was very relaxing and my wife had a great massage from Lea.

Good breakfast (savoury and sweet) We dined once at the restaurant with pleasure and satisfaction 😁😁 The Spa is not that big, but enough for some late afternoon relax. We had massage sessions and the results were top. Good value for money!!
