You can even hear the sound of its magic bell ringing out of the hotel's window. - It also feels safe there which is important. Shopping streets, good restaurants, and museums are close by. - The breakfast at the hotel is very pleasant. Quite simple and basic, but has all the range of healthy choices (fresh fruit, eggs, fresh orange juice, artisanal cheese, etc.), and, again, the energy of the place is great, so you have all the chances to receive a charge of positive energy in the morning when starting your day. - They also offered me a welcome drink which was a nice gesture from their side, and a pleasant moment for me in the evening after a long walk through the charming streets of Firenze.

Beautiful property and a very welcoming team. The property is truly unique and really beautifully converted. Each and every one of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very comfortable and incredibly clean. The property is outside of the hustle and bustle of the main city center which is a welcome break from the chaos but still just a 15-20 minute walk to all the sites. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel has loads of nice bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Florence.

Facilities were explained to us with regards to meals and the shuttle service. We cannot fault this establishment at all. World Class! The breakfasts were amazing. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, my wife left behind an expensive pair of sunglasses and they shipped it to our home as promised. Room was cozy and had a great view, wish we stayed longer.
