This was our best hotel stay in italy (we stayed in 4 different ones). Unfortunately i caught the intestinal flu while we were in florence and it was horrible, i had to stay at the hotel basically the entire time. So I was grateful that at least the room was lovely. The staff were so helpful when we got there, showed us around the room and explained pretty much everything. They gave us a bunch of free waters as well. I had a good view of the duomo from my bed that i admired (in between puke sessions + it was the only thing to look at)

Hotel Villa Agape is near the Arcetri Observatory in Florence, and is surrounded by a 8-hectare park with olive and cypress trees. Art Hotel Villa Agape is a wonderful real life palace ! It has a huge garden with wonderful views, the building is extremely elegant, clean and well maintained. We only stayed for 2 nights, but would have stayed more only to have breakfast in the garden which is out of a fairytale! Also the breakfast was very good, varied and coffee was delicious. If you want to feel like a duke or duchess for some time, this is the place! The hotel offers a shuttle to Florence and back to the hotel, but only until 8 PM. For us this was no issue as we walked the approximately 2 km from Florence in 30 minutes or less every night.

Very good location in the very centre of the old town. Parking is available at the location itself. A very neat room with a large bathroom. The very friendly staff, always available.
