We had great communication with our host who met us at the train station and showed us to our great apartment. The location is exceptional , really close to the water , close to two great restaurants and the shops. The balcony offers beautiful views and a fun area to sit out side and enjoy the atmosphere . The room is very comfortable and clean and serviced daily . The train station is very close which made our transfers easy. Recommend :) .

The host is super friendly and responsive (gave also some good advice), the apartment was very clean, centrally located (a minute's walk from the city centre and a few minutes from the main train station) and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The beds are comfortable and although the apartment is very close to the station, it was very quiet. There are several grocery stores nearby if you need to buy food, and restaurants are also within walking distance of the apartment. Great place to stay in La Spezia, with the possibility of visiting other cities like Cinque Terre, Pisa, Genova, etc. easily with the train connections!

She met us at the train, helped us with our luggage, and got us settled. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very modern. The bathrooms and kitchen were new and clean, and the layout provided privacy between the two sleeping areas. The view out of the master bedroom looked like a painting of Cinque Terre. The location was convenient to the shops and restaurants yet still a little removed from the busiest / most touristy part of town.

Set in La Spezia, within 3.4 km of La Spezia Harbour and 5 km of Le Terrazze Shopping Centre, Luxury Summer House offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a seasonal outdoor swimming... Giovanni, the host was amazing and greeted us with sparkling wine, and snacks upon our arrival. The house was spacious and comfortable and very well arranged. It made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
