Our stay in Flora Vythiri was very pleasant and luxurious. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Property is surrounded by greenary and tea estates, offering scenic views from the room. Food was amazing with enough options for veg/non veg, although few more food options can be added in the menu. The hotel staff was courteous and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. You literally get a 5 star treatment at an affordable price. I would definitely love to visit this resort again.

Serene crest located very calm and peaceful ambiance. but also easily accessible very good road to this heaven. Staff also very friendly and attentive available all time . They prepare very delicious food for us . Breakfast also have wonderful options. Rooms have balcony with very good view. Totaly recommend for who searching for city break. Wonderful property. Amazing accommodation, located in the middle of huge spice, coffee and tea plantations, managed by the owners. Stayed in the Mackenzie suite, really cool suite, breathing colonial history. Really amazing place, nice food, very polite and approachable staff. The infinity pool is has the best view I’ve ever had from a pool. Of course not cheap, but worth every penny.

Absolutely stunning location . Wonderful staff who bend backwards to give you want you want . One can never go wrong with a Taj .. Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

Can't recommend enough this wonderful resort. Design of the resort itself is so close to the nature, you'll feel relaxed and peaceful. Staff at the resort deserves a special appreciation for their attention to detail for every small thing they to do make guests stay a memorable one. Food at the resort is delicious, especially the breakfast buffet which contains multiple local delicacy. Albin from the reception team and Chef Sheriful and Satish were very helpful and professional for our special requests! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Situated on a slope overlooking the beautiful vista where the Banasura Sagar Dam is located, Sharoy Resort offers a 24-hour front desk and free private parking on property. Excellent service. Drivers are provided free accommodation. Great location overlooking lake. Ayurvedic massage at reasonable price. Staff eager to please and willing to accommodate every request. The restaurant even made special packed lunch for our road journey back. The manager Prateesh was extremely helpful. Noting from the passport that we were celebrating my birthday he had our room specially decorated and had a lovely cake baked and sent to us. Though laundry service was not available, he had our clothes washed and ironed. A staff even joined us for some games. Honestly, you can’t find better service anywhere. Highly recommend.
