The staff was courteous and responded to any request. They were always ready to help. The hotel is very clean and tidy. And the location is fantastic.

Facing the beachfront, Enorme Santanna Beach offers 4-star accommodation in Ierápetra and has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The facilities were amazing. Lots of pools, all very well mantained. Pool at the bar was amazing, staff was very friendly. Food was amazing, every night it was a different thematic. Overall good value for money.

We arrived on 26th august and the receptionist on duty was outstanding she should get a promotion so friendly nice and helpful she went over and beyond and made sure to check us in before sunset which was outstanding from the room. The room is new comfortable and has everything you need and welcome champagne the pool Has a great view. The bed is super comfortable the design is nice the cosmetics is great. Very convenient from the airport. Free parking

We stayed at Trianon Luxury Appartments & Suites for 6 nights. Our room was on the second floor and it was clean and spacious. The staff were kind and very helpful. Bonus: indoor parking! We would come here again.

L'Abaton Island Resort & Spa ofereix una ubicació fantàstica a Hersonissos. El resort presenta un disseny individual preciós que reflecteix els estils i les influències del seu entorn. The pool was amazing, the service from the staff was incredible, Elena could not do more for us.

Enjoying a privileged location in the heart of Heraklion Town, Ibis Styles Heraklion Central by Accor is just a short stroll from major touristic sights and lively areas of the town. Very helpful staff, clean room and hotel, amazingly rich breakfast. Quiet. Perfect for our short stay, in the centre of the city. We'll come back when the occasion arises.

Built in 1925 and classified as a monument, the GDM Megaron is located in the heart of Heraklion, overlooking the old Venetian port and within walking distance of all the major sights of the city. We enjoyed all of our time at the hotel. On day of checkout, we were allowed to use the pool facilities until such time as we left to board our ferry that was departing that evening.
