In beautiful Lakeland surroundings overlooking an idyllic brook, Glencree is situated between the villages of Bowness and Windermere. Located in a perfect location within walking distance of a number of eating establishments Breakfast and staff were extremely helpful. Had a room on the top floor with a vertical spiral staircase. Ask for this room. Provided parking which was also a plus. The rate should have been higher as one could not ask for more. Would have paid more without a second thought.

The family-run Ambleside Townhouse is situated in Ambleside, 800 metres from Lake Windermere. It offers en suite rooms and a full English breakfast in the morning. Excellent!! Stars plus for breakfast 😊

Gostišče The Westbourne se nahaja v mirnem predelu pod razgledno točko Biskey Howe v predelu Lake District. Spalnice nudijo kabino za prhanje, razkošen toaletni pribor in velike mehke brisače. Sue & Andre were exceptional hosts & presented accomodation that was very comfortable, providing everything we needed. Central location in easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants, the lake & pier. On-site easy parking was a bonus. Andre helped us with walking options, Elterwater & the Langdale valley were a photographers dream. Thanks so much for adding to my memorable holiday with my daughter.

Just 1 mile from Lake Windermere this beautiful Victorian house is set in a peaceful location between Windermere and Bowness. Everything in this place is exceptional and cute! The welcome snacks and breakfast are superb. The room is lovely and comfortable. Everything is thoughtful and staffs are lovely! Definitely come back!

Lots of local walks on the doorstep. The room was stunning, would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Dobro opremljena nastanitev Craig's Suites se nahaja v mestu Windermere, 19 min hoje od znamenitosti tematski park World of Beatrix Potter in 36 km od znamenitosti jezero Derwentwater, ter ponuja... Amazing luxurious room. Bath was great. Brilliant location close to train station and only 15 minute walk to the Lake. Two TVs and comfy bed! Would definitely stay here again if visiting Windermere.
