Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! The terrace directly opposite the lack was enjoyed to the max. The kitchen has a real wow factor and is well equipped. Since we are a family with 2 adult children the 3 separate sleeping spaces was great. Good location and owner was exceptional in his welcome and during departure.

The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything you’d need. The complex is very secure, as is the underground garage. The location is absolutely ideal as the old town is just across the road, with seemingly an unlimited choice of restaurants. It’s also a very short walk to the ferry boats and all the boat hire places along the lake. The views of the lake with a backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Joseph was available to provide a seamless check-in and check-out, and lift access from the garage to the apartment meant it was easy to move luggage.

The property may be a little hard to find when you first arrive, it’s quite a discreet door- which adds character to it. It’s in an old building, right at the top (Duplex apartment). But once you open the door you immediately feel like you are in a luxury building ! The property is absolutely beautiful, lots of natural light, extremely clean, stunning decoration,has all the equipment you need for a short stay- including spices etc. The tub is the icing on the cake- after a nice meal in the evening, you get back to the apartment and relax in there. You step out and you are on the Main Street of the “old town”- can not get better than this. So busy outside, yet you don’t hear any noise in the property. We loved our time here, and of course lastly we have to mention the host. Sebastien is a gem- very accommodating, friendly. Gave us recommendations where to eat, helped getting a taxi to the airport. We really appreciated everything. Thank you.
