Las instalaciones del hotel son magníficas. Lugar exótico y maravilloso. Es un lugar de ensueño. Además de eso, el personal ha mostrado una actitud pro activa y excelente en todo momento con nosotros. Queremos destacar y hacer especial enfásis a Daniela, la manager, una mujer que está en todo desde el primer momento que pones un pie en la instalación. Educada y encantadora. Se mostró siempre atenta a nosotros en todo momento, para hacer de nuestra estancia, una experiencia maravillosa. Una vez más, muchas gracias. Nos sentimos muy afortunados de lo disfrutado. Seguro que repetimos!

El Apartamentos Diamond se encuentra a 250 metros de la playa y el puerto Los Gigantes. Ofrece piscina al aire libre, WiFi gratuita y apartamentos con terraza amueblada y vistas panorámicas al mar. It has fanstastic view for Los Gigantes. Food offered at the hotel ( and during the day at the pool ) is excellent. Staff is extremly friendly at the reception, and very helpful. Quiet and very clean space, absolutely lovely for kids ( and adults ). Big terrace to enjoy the view and spacious rooms. Walking distance ( 10 min ) for the lovely beach right near Los Gigantes.

El Hotel Tigaiga está rodeado de jardines tropicales y cuenta con una piscina al aire libre y un restaurante con terraza. Todo - tranquilidad, jardín maravilloso, personal muy amable, ubicación excelente, instalaciones limpias y cómodas wue te dan la sensación de estar en casa. He estado en muchos hoteles, pero este sin duda alguna es el mejor, seguro volveré.

Amazing staff, beautiful location and true feeling of space, nature and relaxation! Top quality food and menu was different every evening. They go up and above to make your stay memorable. Should we ever visit Tenerife again, there's no other place we would rather stay!

Este hotel, de estilo colonial, está situado en Costa Adeje y ofrece un spa de lujo y unas vistas magníficas al océano Atlántico. El hotel también alberga 5 piscinas rodeadas de soláriums y jardines. El personal del buffet y del spa muy atentos, una experiencia 10, nos encanta este hotel!!! Seguro q repetiremos en otra ocasión.

El Hotel Botanico y Oriental Spa Garden alberga 3 piscinas al aire libre y ofrece un alojamiento de lujo rodeado de bonitos jardines con vistas al océano Atlántico y al Teide. This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this upscale place. The apartments and furniture/equipment are of high quality and well designed. The large terrace with private heated pool was a highlight of our apartment. The property faces west, so we could enjoy a spectacular sundown every day. Complementary garage parking helps for a carefree stay.
