For example, our kid had his nap usually when the cleaning ladies were supposed to clean the room, so the receptionist sent them again after he woke up. The staff is very caring and nice. It made our stay much much better than normal.

Very friendly and service-minded staff that made us feel very much "at home". The rooftop terrace is probably one of the best places to be if you want a relaxing day in Palma.

Everything was amazing, clean and delicious. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in an hotel, the room was beautiful, big and super clean, very close to the beach and shops if needed.
