We had a great time at this resort-style hotel, a short walk to the old town center. Room was very convenient. Pool and outside area were great. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

This typically-Cantabrian hotel is surrounded by verdant lawns, just 300 metres from the bars, restaurants and shops of Suances, on Spain’s Green Coast. Suances Beach is 250 metres away. Lovely breakfast caters for all types, and enjoyed very much, dinner.

We stayed in their feature room. Awesome. Grounds were beautiful. Spa was excellent. Service was very good. Food was great and we made use of the fireplaces each day.

We were a family of four with grown-up "kids" (20 and 16 years old). We spent the week in between Christmas and the new year. The environment around the property is amazing; it doesn´t matter whether it is summer or winter. The attention from Mrs. Tatiana was outstanding; she was so attentive and smiley. The facilities are really amazing. The breakfast was superb; everything was really fresh. We will return for sure.

Detta charmiga hotell i lantlig stil ligger i ett renoverat 1600-talshus i centrala Santillana del Mar. Alla rum är individuellt inredda och har ett bubbelbadkar och gratis Wi-Fi. Location was great as was breakfast. Excellent orange juice! Room was larger than usual even though it was a triple room. Staff made everything possible to make us feel at home and gave us plenty of information. They even drove us to the Neocueva because the taxi would take too long, that is great service!!!
